Welcome to BALLRUN (ballrun.store), an online shop selling digital art posters created by Krista Ann. By browsing this site or purchasing a poster you agree to the terms below.

1. What we sell

BALLRUN sells digital files — high-resolution (300 DPI) JPG poster files for personal, non-commercial use. No physical product is shipped. After payment the file is delivered to the email address you provide at checkout.

2. License

When you purchase a BALLRUN poster you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to print and display the artwork for your own use (home, office, personal gift). You may not:

• resell, redistribute, sublicense or share the file with third parties;
• use the artwork in any commercial product (merchandise, prints for sale, NFTs);
• claim authorship or modify the work and present it as your own.

All copyright in the artworks remains with Krista Ann / BALLRUN.

3. Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars (USD). We do not store your full card number — only the payment confirmation and the email you provided.

4. Delivery

The file is sent to your email automatically after Stripe confirms the payment, usually within a few minutes. If the file does not arrive within 1 hour, please check your spam folder and then contact us at the email listed on the Contact page.

5. Refunds

Because BALLRUN sells digital goods that are delivered immediately, all sales are generally final. Please read our full Refund Policy before purchasing — it describes the specific cases in which we do issue refunds.

6. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to circumvent payment, abuse our delivery system, or use the site for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend access if we detect fraud or abuse.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The artworks are creative compositions for decorative use and are not a substitute for professional, medical or financial advice (there is none here — it's art).

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
