Privacy Policy

This policy explains what BALLRUN (ballrun.store) collects from visitors and customers, and what we do with it. We keep it short on purpose.

What we collect

• Email address — required at checkout so we can deliver the print-ready file.
• Payment metadata — Stripe sends us back the order ID, paid amount, currency, and a confirmation that the charge succeeded. We never see your full card number or CVC; that data stays inside Stripe.
• Basic logs — like most websites, our server logs the IP address, user-agent and timestamp of each request for security and debugging. These rotate and are not used to profile individuals.

What we don't collect

• We do not run third-party advertising trackers.
• We do not sell, rent or share your email with anyone.
• We do not store card numbers — payments are handled by Stripe.

How we use it

• To deliver the file you bought.
• To send order-related email (receipt, file delivery, occasional reply to a support request you sent us).
• To prevent fraud and abuse of the checkout.

Who processes the data

• Stripe — handles all card payment processing. Its own privacy policy applies to that part of the flow.
• Our email provider — delivers the order email to you.
• Our hosting provider — runs the server that serves this website.

Cookies

BALLRUN does not use advertising cookies. We use only essential browser storage (localStorage) to remember your language preference and your in-progress cart. Nothing in that storage is shared with third parties.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to:

• tell you what data we have about you;
• delete the email address attached to your order(s);
• resend a file to a different email address you control.

Data retention

Order records (email + Stripe reference + amount) are kept for as long as required for tax and chargeback purposes (typically 7 years). Server logs are rotated within 30–90 days.
